Casey Constantine started in real estate in 2006 by attempting to "flip houses" and failing miserably as the biggest market crash in history began at that time. He blogged his "I Am Facing Foreclosure" story in candid detail receiving international media exposure and a large following of critics. After losing 5 homes in foreclosure and going through divorce Casey followed Dr. Phil's advice and quit the Internet. He embarked on a backpacking journey apprenticing on farms and Bed & Breakfast inns in Hawaii and Alaska. Casey returned to California and spent over a year as a full-time Uber driver in Sacramento and San Francisco while studying for a real estate license. He passed the exam in 2014 and launched his own real estate corporation under a Broker-of-Record. In 2015 Casey remarried and started a family. In 2016 Casey passed the broker exam and has been running an independent practice offering professional representation to buyers and sellers, brokering loans, notary signing, as well as property management and short-term rentals on Airbnb.
